  • We charge a flat rate fee of 15% of your new employee’s annual salary in comparison to other recruitment agencies that often charge a sliding scale percentage. That means that the higher your employee salary, the higher their charge!

Dedicated HR Support

From £500/Month
  • These days outsourcing your Human Resources department is both cost effective and hassle free.
  • Our monthly retainer plan allows you to purchase a dedicated ‘on-call HR team’. We’re here anytime of the day to support you with HR queries.
  • Outsource your entire HR department for as little as £500 per month depending on the amount of employees your company has. This price includes email, telephone and face-to-face support of a Consultant as well as drafting of all policies, handbooks and employee relations guidance (grievance/disciplinary/disputes). In fact, we provide anything you could ever need related to HR.
  • These benefits are all part of your package- no additional charges.
  • Our promises to you

  • You have a dedicated HR Team consisting of a Human Resources Business Partner, Consultant and administrator.
  • You receive ‘on-call’ over the phone, email or in-person HR support
  • Our employee relations counsel is in conjunction with our legal support team
  • You will benefit from reduced 10% recruitment rates
  • You can use your monthly hours for any type of required HR support including policy drafting and on-site line manager training

HR Projects

£450/Day
  • This price plan covers work that could take anywhere from a few hours, such as the draft of a HR policy, or 1 month, such as a small scale re-structure.
  • The HR Project charge is based on a daily rate of £450 or £70 hourly rate, depending on the scale of work. Your HR Consultant will guide you on the most appropriate price rate for you.  This price plan is most cost effective if you are looking for more ad-hoc support with any employee issues that arise. Examples of this could be guidance on employee dispute resolution such as a grievance matter or more transactional requirements such as the creation of contracts or policies.
  • Our promises to you

  • You will be quoted a time and cost estimation so you aren’t hit with any nasty surprises along the way.
  • You will receive a dedicated HR Business Partner to work with
  • Any documents drafted including Employee Handbooks will be tailored to your company brand and culture
  • For high risk employee relations cases, we work with a legal team to provide you appropriate counsel, which is included in our charge
